Bloody Legend respects your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and delete personal information, including photographs uploaded for personalisation.

2.Why we collect it
We use personal information to:
- create your personalised artwork;

- perform quality review;
- manufacture and print your product;
- arrange delivery;
- provide digital artwork included with your order;

3.Uploaded photographs
Uploaded photographs are used to create your personalised product.
They may be processed using automated image-generation and image-enhancement technology.
They may be reviewed by authorised personnel for quality-control purposes.
We will not intentionally use your uploaded photograph in advertising or public promotional material without separate permission.
4.Photograph deletion
Uploaded photographs and generated personalisation files are scheduled for deletion from active production systems within 7 days after order fulfilment.
Some information may remain in routine backups for a limited period until those backups expire in the ordinary course.
Where personalisation files must be temporarily retained to resolve an open support ticket, quality claim, replacement request or legal matter, they will be deleted once that matter is resolved.
Customers should download digital artwork promptly, as personalisation files are not stored indefinitely.
5.Order and transaction records
Order records, transaction records and correspondence may be retained for longer periods where required for accounting, taxation, dispute-resolution or legal-compliance purposes.

These providers only receive the information reasonably necessary for their function.
The identity of individual operational providers may change from time to time.
7.Overseas processing
Some providers may store or process information outside Australia.
Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to require appropriate protection of that information.
8.Delivery information
Delivery details are shared with carriers to enable delivery.
Carriers may provide tracking information.

If you subscribe to marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time.
Transactional messages relating to an order will still be sent.

12.Access and correction
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.

You may request deletion of personal information.
Where deletion would prevent completion of an active order, we may need to cancel that order.
Some information may be retained where required by law.
14.Children
Our products are intended for purchase by adults.
Where an uploaded photograph includes a minor, the customer is responsible for ensuring they have lawful authority to supply it.
